Home Health + Rehabilitation
It was developed for individuals that require temporary care or therapies to regain their health after a significant injury, surgery, or hospitalization. This program will allow patients to reduce their chances of being re-admitted while keeping them healthy and safe in the comfort of their homes.
Consumer Directed Services (CDS)
The CDS is a Medicaid program specific to Missouri. It is authorized by the Department of Health and Senior Services and provides compensation to loved ones/family members who are caring for someone at home.
