Home Care

Designed for individuals who require regular assistance with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, self-care, transportation, and other daily chores or seek companionship care. 

Home care specialists are equipped to address these needs and trained to handle advanced nursing tasks, including ostomy hygiene and catheter care. 


Integrity’s hospice program prioritizes comfort, peace, and support for the terminally ill and their loved ones. The skilled staff is prepared to assist with every need, from medical equipment procurement and delivery to ongoing pain management and monitoring. 

Home Health + Rehabilitation

It was developed for individuals that require temporary care or therapies to regain their health after a significant injury, surgery, or hospitalization. This program will allow patients to reduce their chances of being re-admitted while keeping them healthy and safe in the comfort of their homes. 

Consumer Directed Services (CDS)

The CDS is a Medicaid program specific to Missouri. It is authorized by the Department of Health and Senior Services and provides compensation to loved ones/family members who are caring for someone at home.
